My Story and Mission Behind Pivot The Method

My name is Rachelle Anaïs Scott—a French-American choreographer and artistic performer with a drive to empower artists to thrive both personally and professionally. Originally from New York City and now based in Basel, Switzerland, my journey spans performances with companies like Cedar Lake Contemporary Ballet, Nürnberg Ballet, and Theater Basel, as well as choreographic projects across Europe and the U.S.

Over the years, I’ve been fortunate to work with some of the most inspiring voices in dance and to receive honors such as the Princess Grace Award and the Bavarian Arts Prize. But as I navigated the highs and lows of a career in the arts, I realized something critical: success isn’t just about what happens on stage—it’s about building a life and legacy that resonate beyond the performance.

This belief led me to create Pivot The Method. My mission is to empower artists to embrace leadership, foster personal growth, and cultivate opportunities that not only inspire their own evolution but create lasting ripples of impact within their communities. I’m here to help you bridge the gap between your craft and your dreams, equipping you with the tools to lead boldly, grow meaningfully, and build a career that aligns with your unique vision and values.

Let’s pivot together—toward transformation, momentum, and mastery.
